New York Korean Police Food Hygiene Seminar
At July 25th, New York Police held a seminar for Health Center at Flushing preparing Korean business owners in the seminar. Jennifer Choi, sanitary inspector stated " foods at room temperature should be up no more than four hours to keep the freshiness. However, to be safe, a 'label' should be put to be precautious." Many rules were discussed and brought up in the seminar.
